T-shirt Design Brief

This design is for a t-shirt for a short track speed skating meet.

The meet is a commemorative annual event named after a speed skater.
The event is the "Harold Joyce Invitational Championship"
This is the 30th annual event.
The only mandatory text is Harold Joyce 30th or similar e.g. "Since 1985" or Every year since 1985....to indicate the 30th running of the event.
The event is hosted in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada by the Fredericton Amateur Speed Skating Club.

The design requirement is for:

Either a retro-athletic style design possibly incorporating a design based on an image similar to the ones attached;

Or a modern short track skater (note there is a difference between short track and long track) in a faux retro style.

The design will be scaled to sizes starting from child small.

Preferred colour of the t-shirt is dark blue, but other base colours would be possible.

The design may be 1 or 2 colour.
