Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for company based in Auckland New Zealand. The company is called "KAT Homes Limited", at the moment we are residential property developer for single dwelling. We like to our logo to look modern and gives an impression of high build quality houses.

For business card we need two side business card, basic information with logo on front side, on back side we want put a QR code that links to our website and space to put some text information such as warranty period and features.

Lastly for the website we need to keep it simple and have following features:
-display our current project with photos and google map location (houses up for sale with form to contact us directly)
-our previous project and plans(into two different sub areas)
-contact us form
-multilingual select
-website MUST be mobile friendly
back control panel need to have following feature:
-define multilingual for link and text
-add/remove current and previous project
-define contact us email
