Illustration Design Brief

I need a "risk" map of europe for my own boardgame.
What I've uploaded is to give an idea of what I need.
This being the work of someone else I dont want to steal it.
Size it needs to be is 5475 pixel x 5475 pixels. To match this https://www.thegamecrafter.com/publish/product/QuadFoldBoard.
It needs to be Modern Era, (the picture is a 1900 representation)

Regions I need:
I need a "top - west" African region of 5 territories.
An "top-east "African region of 5 territories
A spanish region of 5 territories.
A French region of 5 territories
An English region of 4 territories
Scandinavian region (Island included) of 5 territories.
A Russian region og 7 territories
A Middle eastern region of 6 territories.
A german/Polish/hungary Region of 6 territories
An Italian region of 5 regions.

For each region I need a Capital marked by a dot and the name of the city, probably larger than the ones I made.

The picture I've shown as an example contains water territories, The lines made by myself. I need water regions, but they need to be quite large as demonstrated.
I've also cleared the picture of "little Islands".
As for Africa, I would like a larger portion of the continent. I want a west and east region.

• Clearly divided into regions by color.
• 1 Capital for each region.
• A modern representation, the picture is a 1900 representation.

Nice to have

• Please have the Black Sea clearly connected with Mediteranian Sea, to allow for ship movement between the two.
