Signage Design Brief

Background: We (www.chelsoft.com) are putting up a stall in an exhibition. The stall comprises 7 panels (3 panels on the back wall and 2 each on the side walls) as in the uploaded file named . Each panel is 3.3 ft wide and 7.9 ft high. (i.e. 1m width * 2.4m tall). We are looking for outstanding designs for the backdrops on these panels, covering the full panel area.

The message we wish to convey in these panels follows. We would prefer that these are conveyed using pictures, with low text content.
1. We are a software firm that have transformed financial services in many ways
2. Four nationally important financial systems run on our platforms
3. Our customers are located in 9 countries – India, Singapore, Qatar, Oman, Kenya, Bangladesh, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda (in South Asia, East Asia, Middle East and Africa)
4. Our systems process over US$ 15 billion of financial transactions every day, handle millions of customer accounts, and hundreds of thousands of trades per day
5. Our customers range from very large institutions to smaller firms
6. Our systems provide sub-millisecond processing speeds
7. Our customers are stock exchanges, clearing corporations, stock brokers, large corporates, insurance companies, fund managers.
8. Key products:
• Horizen: Treasury and investment system for corporates, fund management and portfolio management
• ClearVision: Stock broker’s back office system
• ActiveTrader: Front office system used by stock brokers
• ActiveMargin: Risk (middle office) product used by exchanges and stock brokers
9. Key customers:
• Bombay Stock Exchange (www.bseindia.com), India’s second largest exchange. It has an iconic and popularly recognised building that is representative of India’s stock market. They are the world’s fastest stock exchange and Asia’s oldest, and run our RISK SYSTEM (called ActiveMargin)
• Nairobi Stock Exchange, the largest stock exchange in East Africa (www.nse.co.ke); Our centrally hosted TRADING, RISK and CLEARING SYSTEM for stock brokers runs the entire Kenyan market (2 products, called ClearVision and ActiveTrader)
• Clearing Corporation of India Ltd. (www.ccilindia.com) : One of the world’s largest clearing agencies for inter-bank trades. Our real-time RISK ENGINES are amongst the smartest and fastest in the industry, deployed across clearing agencies of both OTC derivatives and exchange-traded derivatives
• The TREASURY SYSTEM (called Horizen) is deployed at very large conglomerates. Used by Keppel Corporation (www.kepcorp.com), one of Singapore’s largest corporates. Over 240 subsidiaries of Keppel use our systems for their central treasury.
• Qatar Insurance Corporation (www.qatarinsurance.com) : The second largest insurer in the Middle East also uses Horizen
• Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation, Mumbai (www.dicgc.org.in): Insures all public deposits with banks. They use Horizen.


Please note the following:
1. We are provided a desk of about 2 feet height * 3.3 ft width, which we will place on the left side of the stall alongside the first panel on the left side (left when looking from a visitors perspective). So it is preferable that this area has no significant messaging. We can make use of the front side of the desk as another small panel.
2. We are open to images that spread across the 3 back panels. The partition between those panels is thin.
