Thank you very much for participating in our design challenge. The way we proceed with our challenges follows a few steps.
1) when we receive designs we will review and provide feedback on what works and what does not work for us
2) we will rank all designs as they filter in (rankings may change based on designs received)
3) at the end of design submission we send a survey out to our associates and clients for their feedback
4) we then make a decision based on the top 3 from our survey
5) we provide feedback and request to the final designers until we are happy campers
6) we pay up and say thanks
