Graphic Design Brief

We need a logo/icon/graphic for a section of the Finance Page on our website. It would be the 3rd section of the following page. http://www.gridsmartsolar.com/financing/

We will have other jobs posted for other sections of the website. This graphic design is for a PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) which is a contract between us and the customer. We basically team with financial off-takers and sell the power to the customer for less than their traditional utility rates over a long term.

This logo can be a shield, a seal, or something we haven't thought of. We have a competitor's shield in the added files. We don't want to copy theirs and we are open to other ideas. We can change the color of the background easily thru the CMS if we need to. Our logo is also attached in case anyone wanted to integrate that into a design.

Requirements

Must have

• Must not be too similar to the shield posted. Can be a shield, but must have a different look and feel than the competitor's posted graphic.

Nice to have

• Our logo or name (at least Gridsmart) integrated somehow. And "PPA"

Should not have

• Too much similarity to the shield posted from an artistic perspective.
