Graphic Design Brief
Two purposes, same content, design sensibility is wide open. (we tend to like blues and greens) BUT - Color palette definitely open.
1. A one page fact/sell sheet to be sent as PDF to potential customers we have spoken to.
2. A format for Mass email marketing, to be embedded in the body of an email (html..?) for a clean effective presentation/call to action.
Audience: Mortgage Lenders and Bankers at Banks who do Mortgage Loans.
(Primarily Residential loans for new home purchase, re-fi, or Home equity loan)
Image to convey: Professional (but not drab) hard working, buttoned up, shit together, good people. Happy, upbeat, positive.
