Logo Design Brief
Need a colorful logo for new property management company. Name of company is Clockwork Property Holdings LLC - would like to include the full company name but not LLC in the logo. Not too much emphasis on the whole "clock" thing, maybe suggestions of a clock or gears or something - but the focus is PROPERTY rental. The company provides newly refurbished living spaces in secondary markets (suburban areas) near larger cities. Trying to attract younger new families, students, and professionals. Must have solid "cool" factor.
Target Market(s)

Requirements
Must have
- Look VERY nice, hip and trendy -look fresh and colorful, bright, and proportional. Needs to leave the viewer or passerby curious, to draw them in.
Nice to have
- I like the art-deco 'retro' look, if you can make it work. Sort of jet-set, any style from the 40's through 60's to make it look sleek and polished but still established and professional. One of my favorite fonts is called "magneto" in the Microsoft Office line-up. No need to use that, but just to give a little flavor and direction.
Should not have
- Nothing too old-fashioned or antique looking. No wild-west look, no cowboys or indians, no animals, and no calligraphy please
