Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for an organization called Midwest Media Educators Association. Our current website is www.mmea.tv We are a group of high school educators who teach media and the purpose of our group is to collaborate on a variety of ideas from curriculum to equipment to teaching methods. We also hold an annual high school video festival for over 800 students and faculty. The final design should be one that can be used in a variety of ways from a website, to paper, to shirts, etc. and should be usable in color and black and white.
