Logo Design Brief

We need a personalized Hero logo for our website, http://gohero.org.

We produce articles, videos and products that cover a range of topics from personal fulfillment, health and fitness, spiritual growth, altruism, sustainability and mindful business.

I have listed examples for 2 different design styles that i feel will work well.

Also a few ruff sketches and random bits of inspiration are attached.

Target Market(s)

Our ideal customer is a 30 year old man who is college educated and lives an active lifestyle. Most importantly he values personal growth and has a strong desire to make the world a better place.

Requirements

Must have

• A hero in action
• 2 - 4 of these colors: #00ffcc, #0000ff, Black, dark gray or white. (Possibly blue clothes with a green circle on his chest, and gray skin, but I'm not attached this.)
• I have identified 3 different design styles that I like and believe will work well for this project:

• 1) A bold and interesting character outline use thick or varying lines:
• + Blue Cheetah Sports Timming - Bold, Simple, Strong, Action. This one hits all of my requirements. http://www.designcrowd.com/design/566073
• + Gator Plants - I would need the words to be unattached from the rest of the logo and a full figure man, otherwise this works for me. http://www.designcrowd.com/design/4426930
• 2) A circle design using negative space to depict the character. Part of the character break the circumference of the circle and other parts jet completely out of the circle. The fragmented remains of the circles are also interesting. Examples:

• You are welcome to deviate away from these examples, but I recommend doing so only if you feel confident that you can do something even better.
• No matter what approach you take, you should incorporate both "Go" (Action: stepping or running toward the viewer, reaching out a hand to help, raising fists in victory, jumping or flying, etc) and "Hero" (Strength and Courage) into the icon. The Hero part is however more important than the Go part
• Please give the character a shaved head.

Nice to have

• Text is optional. If you do use text, only use the words "Go Hero" or "GoHero.org" The hero image should stand alone, no text should be placed on it. For "Go" consider an italicized font or another font the suggests movement. For "Hero" a bold strong text.
• Rough sketches are attached (Files 5, 6 and 7) and can be used for inspiration. I've also included some random images I found on the internet.

Should not have

• CAPES, MASKS, WEAPONS, UNDERWEAR over pant or other goofy clothing.
