Flyer Design Brief

I am just starting a new business and need flyer for advertisingment on social media for letter box drops and to send out via email etc. Attached is the logo that has already been designed for the business The website is currently being re done to something like this but it's not finished http://demo.logomajestic.com/wf/html/
I want to focus the business on winter sports athletes and also winter keen skiers / boarders and active winter people. Something snow/winter feel with an explanation about myself being a 3-time Winter Olympian that has reach the top in more than one sport (alpine and Ski cross).
