i designed the homepage and landing page for your big watch website. but resolution for the homepage is 1600x1700. so the design jpg cann't upload. what can i do?.  i set the background image in 1600px. if any other option?

I am happy to work on on web design for you,  although after reading through your brief it appears that you are also requesting a logo to be designed, and an enews signup newsletter.. this is a lot of work for the budget.. My advice to you would be to simplify your brief and request the opening splash page and home page only, this will attract a higher level designer to work on your project... and certainly designers who know how to upload their work : )
