I don't know what uncoded psd layout only is. I'm an accountant. I just know I have a website that I'd like updated, I don't really know how it works, sorry. The option for no guarantee was checked off by default, I didn't fully understand that either so I left the default

Please increase the budget to $600 and make it guaranteed. By making guaranteed, you will get more response from the top designers as most of them won't work on non-guarateed projects and you must choose a design in the end.
