Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our Music Festival Bellarine City Limits. The festival is situated on a 100 acre vineyard property right by the sea on the Bellarine Peninsula. It is a short 90 minute drive from the major Capital city of Melbourne.
We need to tie in the area in the logo. The festival is a family event catering for all age groups and encourages people to come and make an afternoon of the event, bring the kids, play on the rides listen to bands of all different genre.
Looking for a logo that works on a T-shirt as the major use will be on T-shirts, possible with a slogan or something on the back of the t-shirt.

The logo can use the full text or letters and have graphics etc depicting the area.
