Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in San Francisco. We provide home improvement financing solutions for homeowners. If a homeowner needs a new furnace, kitchen, roof, etc they come to use for a fast, fair and friendly payment solution. Our unique advantages are that we're focused 100% on home improvement projects, our application and approval process takes minutes and we're more friendly and responsive than traditional banks. While our name is RedBrick Payment Solutions I would like to see some options that don't explicitly use the color red as it can have a negative connotation. Our brand personality is upbeat, fresh yet professional. I'd like the logo to communicate home improvement.

• I've included a few samples of logos I like. In particular I like the logo with the tools stacked to make a home. It implies a nice link between the work needed to complete the project coming together to make a home.
