Logo Design Brief

We are a direct placement agency/recruiting company- we would like to focus more on "Scouts" in the future when we branch out we would like it to be a universal logo. We've looked into many logos that include birds and feathers. We would like a simple, yet bold design. When thinking of ideas we've looked at popular logos such as apple. We'd like to stick with simple colors-preferable two tones such as black and gold- black and silver-black and white. This logo will be used for business cards, letter heads, pens, apparel, etc. We want to stand out from other recruiting agencies, while keeping it professional. We will be recruiting for many agencies after our initial start up, and beings we are stating a business we would like rights to all copyrights and trademark options if possible. The attached pictures that say eagle hawk & feather logo are two of our favorites-just to give a good reference point. We appreciate any and all designs you have to offer, and thank you for taking the time to help us find whats best for our company.
