Logo Design Brief
The ABFM Foundation supports the specialty of Family Medicine, including the physicians who practice in this specialty and the patients that they care for. This fundamental purpose of supporting the specialty of Family Medicine by the ABFM Foundation should be reflected in the logo.
The Foundation is a associated with the American Board of Family Medicine(www.theabfm.org), a certifying board for physicians practicing Family Medicine.
The logo can, but is not required, to include the ABFM logo.
The Foundation logo will be used on a to be devloped web site, on stationary and in print media.
There are no specific color requirement for the logo but the basic color associated with the home page of the Board(www.theabfm.org) is blue.

Our Board of Directors meets this Saturday, October 1, 2011 and we will review the submissions.
The Board might like to add the words "supporting the specialty of Family Medicine" to the Logo but we can work that out.
