It seems that you'd like to have a webdesign done and a letterhead for $100. Well, your budget is too tight for that. Please, understand that both are time consuming projects especially the webdesign. It does not matter that it is only to mirror an existing one. It still will take time. Please consider increasing your budget and I would love to help you.

The project's brief clearly shows $100 only. That is the only place where I can see the project's budget. Please review it.
