May i ask the project owner what is going on with your project?
2 days left and you freaking change your project information totally.

You asked about why I changed my project. I was not happy with any of the designs that I received. I did not leave feedback for you on your design because it would have been easier to scrap the design and start from scratch rather than alter this to what I was looking for. The design did not look cohesive and relevant to my needs. I thought the tribal circle was a detraction from the main part of the logo and seemed very out of place as it had nothing to do with jewelry or precious metals. One thing that I pointed out was that I needed a simple logo since much of my business would be walk-ins. The tribal art circle distracted from the important part of the logo, the text was small and would be hard to see, and I did not like your interpretation of the recycle logo. It seemed that most of the designers that submitted a design had similar issues and tried to get too fancy. After a week, I received only two designs out of 40 that were even in the ball park. Those designs were very amateurish and I tried communicating changes to make it look more professional and finished. Unfortunately, either their is a language barrier or the designers could not grasp my instructions. Since I am starting a new business I chose to explore my second choice for a business name to see if I had more luck with a logo. If a designer wowed me with a logo I would consider changing to my second place business name option. Since my business has not launched and I own both domain names I could easily update my website before my target launch date. I always have a plan B and this is it. I chose to explore my plan B since I did not get a logo I liked from my original posted project. I hope that clears things up so you understand why I changed my project information. Another word of advice is that it is OK to ask a question as long as it is respectful. Your comment was unprofessional and does not give me confidence to work with you. Next time, just ask the question to find out the answer rather than assuming the answer before you ask the question.

I just wanted to point out for your future reference. Having a plan B is important for business owners and even though there may be a slight chance of a plan B being needed or ever used there is the small chance it will. When I posted my original project I thought 99.9% I would go with that business name and general direction of logo. As mentioned before I wanted to explore my plan B since I did not get great designs from the original project. Within two days I got a logo sent to me that I fell in love with from the moment I saw it. So my 0.01% chance of changing my logo, business name, and color scheme actually happened. That is exactly why I had a pan B and it would be wise for designers like you to understand this and even though it may be frustrating realize that there is still opportunity for you to gain business. I know this because I design jewelry for a living and I understand how difficult it is to have a customer change the project after the CAD is done. That is what makes you a professional rather than a hobbyist, making changes to make sure the customer is happy even if it means more work for you, the designer. .
