T-shirt Design Brief

I need someone to design graphic files with excellent typography and unique/very cool design components for the following statement:

I like big words and I cannot lie.

The main emphasis should be on "big words."

It should include three versions. A dark version for light shirts, a lighter version for dark shirts, and also a multi-color version that looks good on dark or lighter shirts (include white areas as part of design as well).

I am looking for good designers. I have hundreds of designs I need made. I am seeing this process to see if it will work for my needs.
