About Ferring on the MOVE
During the Ferring Executive Team Meeting (ETM) of 2015 the entire leadership team of Ferring were involved in a series of Workshops to identify ways in which Ferring could accelerate it’s growth in the coming 5 years. The company recognised that the global pharmaceutical market is becoming ever more competitive, communication channels are changing, and that national government healthcare resources are being heavily squeezed by multiple priorities within national geographies. Several themes came out of the discussions as areas for Ferring to address and are summarised below
The Move Team:
In response to the discussions at the ETM the Ferring Executive Board sponsored the establishment of a cross functional team whose role would be to drive change in the areas identified with the objective of accelerating growth. Thus the “Move Team” was established.
The MOVE team is composed of senior leaders from different functions, backgrounds and geographies:
• Global HR
• Commercial Operations Central and Eastern Europe
• Commercial Operations US
• Product Supply
• Global Regulatory Affairs
• Global QA
• Commercial Operations Latin America, Asia Pacific, Mid and Western Europe
• Global Marketing Organisation

Ferring wide projects
One of the first actions of the Ferring on the Move team is to review and prioritise a series of potential projects addressing the areas identified for attention, and to establish Global project teams with a mandate to generate changes which will accelerate our growth in thesel areas.
The Proposal:
The Ferring on the Move concept and the Move Team are new to the organisation, and as a means of generating initial and long-term awareness and recognition, we want to develop a logo-type for the team/activity, which will quickly become recognised and will become synonymous with the drive to accelerate change across Ferring. The logo will be used on written communications, electronic mail, power-point presentations, posters etc etc
This request for proposals calls for design of logo-types which can be considered by the Ferring on the Move team for subsequent adoption.
