You have to be a little more clear when you say you require the brochure to be editable, because that opens questions like: editable in what software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, CorelDRAW)? The reason is that where you would be able to edit it means one would have to natively design it in either that software, or very similar software (Illustrator and CorelDRAW for instance, as they can handle each others' PDF exports... mostly), and that you as the client would have to be familiar with said software. One can do it in publisher or the like but to be honest... who does that?

You haven't specified the format or type of the flyer.
Can it be done in Adobe Illustrator, that file can also be saved as PDF as well.

Hello - thanks for the feedback from those of you who posted re: it being editable. I don't know much about the tech behind creating this magic. Ideally I'd like to be able to edit the text myself as things evolve. Is there a particular technology that could do that?
