Logo Design Brief

Need a logo that is unisex appealing to men and women, represents fitness transformation, and evolving into greatness. Company is a fitness coach who provides training and diet plans for fitness competitors (bodybuilding, physique, bikini)and body transformation for non competing general population. We really like the idea of a phoenix rising, but are open to suggestions. Not a fan of the clip art guy and girl silhouette unless it's new and original and very cool. We will need both full color and one color design. I have a mockup that I started working on, I generally like the feel of it but want a more polished look so feel free to be creative.
