Walk the Course is an online program to improve the lives of male golfers. The title comes from our desire to eliminate golf carts on the golf course, it is also a meaphor for walking the correct course in life and making better decisions. I am a Golf Instructor who is keen to not only improve peoples golf games but who also wants to improve their conditioning, diet and mental well being. The 4 pillars of ther program are Game improvement, Strenght and conditioning, Diet and Mental well being. Our intention is to make golf a genuine lifestyle choice by giving people a guided plan on hour to improve all of the previousluy mentioned fields.
