What about the British rock band Lucidious? Is it OK to use the same name?

That is a different country so if anything I will not sell in his particular country if it was an issue, but it would not be an issue. Regardless, this British Rock Band you speak of has almost no following or consistency to their brand or business. I have accumulated over 700,000 views in the last month.
