Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a local Uk based property development company. We are based in Gloucester UK and purchase property from local people who are struggling to sell. We then help them by purchasing their property outright or using different options to get their home sold .
Our current website is www.glospropertybuyers.com and we tend to use red white and black as it is the colour of our local rugby team who have a passionate local following. Need the logo for all future branding including website and vehicle and social media.
