Illustration Design Brief

I am looking for an artistic, "hand-drawn" technical drawing of an optical configuration called pulse compression - in which an laser pulse is stretched or compressed. I have made a hand-drawn sketch which I would like to have turned into a more professional, artistic, technical drawing. In parallel with this project I am also submitting a project for a technical version of the same illustration.
