Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our new company. It is called:
RTP Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. (RTP stands for, return to play). We live in Colorado and are catering our business to active individuals and athletes. We'd like to incorporate mountains, some type of athlete/s. Colors, we like using green and any other color. Basically we want a nice clean design that will stand out, and people will remember. We would like to include the meaning of RTP in the logo, unless it looks too busy.
