Here which one is slogan? i am confused

Cull Up is my slogan..... The others are just examples in the fishing industry for reference

Maybe the outline of a bass with Cull Up inside of it ....I like the idea of the c being a hook ...maybe bolder text

No you can't use 5x3 five fish by 3 o'clock that's not my logo I just gave you an example for reference
