I like the approach, and drawing this would be easy because of your specifications on style.
But finding symbols (which have to be concrete) for this goals (which are abstract) could fail, because you got your individual interpretations.
No one here will invent the wheel again. So if you want to spare efforts (for you and us), please google symbols which could come near to your imaginations, and show;-)
