Flyer Design Brief

We are a real estate developer and we are about to commence construction of 8, 2 bedroom units in Perth Western Australia.
I need a single sided flyer (A4) to use at point of sale when we meet prospective buyers. We would like the design serve as a template for other projects in the future so that we achieve consistency in our marketing (i.e. I NEED TO BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE PICTURES AND TEXT) but layout stays the same.
It should have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 places for images. Typically images used are of the exterior, the bathroom, bedrooms and living space/yard.

Our target market is first home buyers- single or married professionals 20-35 years old and/or investors.

The flyer template needs to make the best use of the images to motivate a reader to want to make a purchase. Typically we keep text to a minimum of facts and try to use emotive images to give a buyer a sense of connection with the property.

We need to convey that we are experienced, build a quality product and that our properties have that little bit more value than competitors.

We have a website www.perthpropertydevelopemnt.com and i'd like the flyer to reflect the same colours/ style if possible (Green, Black, Brown). You can find out more about us on the website and also contact me there if needed.
