Logo Design Brief

Need a logo for a new business. the name is "Clearwater". Under the business name we do 3 things - Clearwater Law, Clearwater Property, and Clearwater Finance. I need a logo that just says "Clearwater" and a second that has "Clearwater" but then underneath the 3 arms of the business - "Law" "Property" "Finance"
set out like this:

I am wanting a very slick professional look for this logo. It will be on all sorts of media.

The file uploaded is the flyer we use for our conveyancing work. It does not have to be the same but it shows what I like.

while I want mostly a word logo - something reflecting "water" would be great
