Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a 3 year old services company. We work predominately with companies that are either startups or going through some type of organizational change. Our core focus is finding the right cultural fit opposed to finding the "right resume". The name of the company is Top-Down Recruiting because we literally place VP or C-level and staff everyone beneath them. I prefer simplistic design - the website is mint green, white and gray. I am not opposed to bringing in another color.
