Logo Design Brief
My Career Consulting and assessment consulting work is dedicated to the process of discovery and new learnings for Adults in transition - key target audience are those in transition following job loss. My practice involves using a proprietary Instrument (post Doc) that identifies six critical job-seeking behaviors - all plotted on a bar chart to see the reliance (over/under reliance) on any one or more of the six. So...insights are gained, my interpretation of the Assessment Results sent to the client, (PDF) and coaching brings the client out of the unknown, into the (now) known. Now able to manage those behaviors to shorten the time in transition/out of work. The Instrument is ASAP - Activate a Self-Awareness Process (...and land your next job). Delivered already to close to over 100 participants in Workshops and one-on-one meetings. The image below from my canoe trip seems to represent a journey and "discovery(s)".
