Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for our vacation rental company. We manage 8 condos at a few ocean front properties on the beautiful island of Maui in Hawaii. We don't own the condos but we rent them out for owners of condos at resort properties. We want to grow our company by finding other owners who would like us to rent their units out to vacation travelers. We need a simple, clean logo that we can use on all our marketing material and web site. Something eye catching, yet unique.

Guests typically come to Hawaii to snorkel and enjoy the ocean so i'm leaning towards snorkeling.

Colors:
Thinking blue and white. Thinking ocean blue?

Ideas: (i'm pretty open with ideas. )

Since the name of my company is a "Sea Breeze". A ocean wind....Can you design design a wind by the ocean? Seems difficult to design something you don't really see! Somehow design a "sea breeze" with the blue ocean in the background or in the name?

Maybe a swaying palm tree on the beach with the blue ocean and waves.

Or, you could do something with the initials?
