i do not completely understand your question, can you explain the question ?

I mean if you are willing to pay the winner. At this stage you may ask a refund and none will be paid for his / her work on your contest. Guarantee the contest mean that you cannot ask a refund and you have to choose one design as a winner.
Anyway, I just submitted my idea. Please take a look and let me know what you think!
