Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our start up company based in Cagayan de Oro City. We provide manpower and administration services. We would like to see design that use color blue and silver(slightly black) please see attached powerpoint file for sample colors. A design also like a symbol and the word Jewel or it depends if they have better ideas also. To give a background, we want a design that represents something like a God-centered and credible company. Since our mission is to provide employment and develop them to have a better future.
