The current budget suffices only home page design & coded.

The type of website you are looking for will be a minimum of $ 2000 USD as it involves lot of things. (Self Edit Capabilities; Responsive Design, Booking, Payments, etc)

At this stage we don't want a logo. We have many good images to use, and will make them available to the winning designer. And it's a website not a blog.
