Logo Design Brief

We need a logo that we can embroider onto the back of the warm up jackets for the circus performers. We have a handwritten "M" that we would like to use for the outer edge, and an actual photo as the content inside the logo. we would like to incorporate the black from the jacket into the colors, and have the red for the text and the people inside the "circus tent M".
