We need a logo design for a new company in Australia called Illumena. The tag line is 'illuminating people from inside out'. The business name means illuminate (shine). The company benefit is that motivated employees shine in their work which makes them more self led, innovative and productive. The employee benefit is that they get clarity on their career and personal brand and develop strategies to integrate more of what they stand for and want from their career into their roles. The corporate program is called 'My Career DNA' which facilitates a process where employees create a professional blueprint for themselves based on their career aspirations and strengths. It is the foundation for their career decisions, and the program invites them to be empowered to strive for mastery, self-leadership and purpose in their work. I quite like the idea of a design which is contemporary, clean and simple, yet feels strong, purposeful and energetic.

Nice to have
- Really like the attached image to symbolise the tag line. I also like the burnt orange colour but obviously can't copy exactly as it is (although really like it as it is). Like the idea of it either stacked on top of the brand, or to the left of the brand name. Like to run it in either format depending on the situation the logo is used. It looks good tying the burnt orange into the colours used in the name and tag line (e.g. red illumena and same burnt orange in tag line). Very happy to look at other versions tho. The use of a deep purple for Illumena or a more corporate dark grey could also be good. Very keen to see how this could be applied to the design. I've attached some formats that I think look good, but please don't treat this as literal - just my rough thinking.
