Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design and/for a business card design for an Investment Advisor firm based in New York. The name Curbstone Advisors is a reference to the old curbstone brokers outside the New York Stock Exchange who would transact stock trades in the Street while they stood on the street "curb." They eventually moved inside and formed the American Stock Exchange. The founder of our firm, Curbstone Advisors, LLC, started his career as a specialist clerk on the American Stock Exchange. The business card might use gold foil and should make visual reference to the old Curbstone brokers.
