Logo Design Brief

Logo design for APPROVED property maintenance. We would this logo to be bold using either: Langdon or Bizon fonts. "Approved" to be large and the main wording of the logo - centered- also in capitols, "property maintenance," but smaller and under approved. We would like our logo to be likened to an 'approved stamp' on a document and a' sold sticker' on a property "for sale sign." Our company targets the property sale markets. We would like this stamp to be slightly faded around edges to resemble an ink' approved stamp' on a contract. Please slightly angle the logo 'up to the right.' We would like both a rectangle and circular logo in both: deep red and deep blue ( to resemble an ink approved stamp). No pictures in the logo. Please give these logos a border also.
