Logo Design Brief

Need a clean crisp design with colors and fonts that will be eye catching on an open house directional sign, or house posting sign. Something that uses my initials of FO or JFO incorporated would be interesting. I do residential real estate so characturized homes would also be interesting in a design. I would also use this on my website as well, maybe some stitched logo on clothing, etc. I see other personal signs with very thin elements - hard to read at distance or when driving by - so that needs to be worked out.
