Old rotary dial phone system gets by digital phone and voicemail system. Old appointment book is replaced with on-line digital web based calendar. New Business card show a Doctor using an I-pad in the exam room instead of an old paper chart. First time ever web site is designed for an elderly physician that wants to turn his practice around and modernize all operations. Doctor is board certified as a Dermatologist and is very proud of 50 years of being a Physician but is wanting to be modernized.
