Logo Design Brief

I am starting an Ear Nose and Throat Surgery and Head and Neck Surgery private practice in Geelong, Victoria. I would like a logo that represents ENT, head and neck surgery. A theme of the logo should include precision. As my practice deals with both adults and children this would also be ideally represented. A further theme is my proximity to the Surf Coast of Victoria, which could be included if possible. I have uploaded the letterhead that I use, including the text font for my name. I like this font, but would consider other options also. The logos of various societies that I belong to are included in the letterhead and may be used to guide the design. The logo would be used on my business cards, letterhead and website.
