T-shirt Design Brief

Camp California is an international children's summer camp and we are looking for a bold and fun T-shirt design for our Teen Adventure program.
The design goes on the back of the charcoal grey T-shirt, should be in one or two colors (we'd like to see white and kiwi or similar greens), maybe with a slightly faded effect. We were hoping for a compass that, like in the attached example, holds a hiking boot footprint, kayak, mountains and mask&snorkel, with wording Camp California (above), Teen Adventure (below) the line that extends to the right (please, see the attached example).
