Graphic Design Brief

I would like to have a 4-5 page document created which represents our new construction management firm. I have already written the SOQ, but I am in need of some eye catching graphics laid out around the statements. We provide construction management, project management, and undertake projects from the complex with many unknowns, to very simple. Our company's goal is to create value for our customers not only by a completed project, but also by providing O&M processes which extends the life of the deliverable while reducing long-term costs to the clients.
