Logo Design Brief

We need a logo/label design for our startup brewery based in northern california. Due to us being located in wine country, and our batches being very limited, we want something classic and classy, reminiscent of a proper old fashioned wine label.
Our company will make high class artisan ales, so maybe incorporate the main ingredients of hops and grains in a very subtle way around the border or something. Also, our name, Cuvée, means 'Cask' in french. This refers to how we will age all our beers in oak barrels. So maybe incorporate a barrel somehow in the logo.
I will upload a rough version that I threw together for the release of our bootleg series.
