Logo Design Brief

We are a graphics agency, employing freelancers for corporate events, product launches, seminars and so on. We need a new company logo for what will be the new website, headed paper, invoices, purchase orders, email signature etc.
We like the idea of some emphasis placed on the DOT LONDON extension whilst the word LIMITED can be kept small if necessary. We look for strong impact without compromising subtlety. The attached is our current logo but as we move from a partnership to a limited company, the new logo is required. Any questions, please don't hesitate to let me know.
