Project says Job Type Uncoded psd design but you are demanding a full coded blog as it appears from the brief...
The current budget suffices for blog homepage psd only - not full site designed or backend or wordpress integrated for this low budget

Ok, this site is new to me. What I am looking for is for someone to take an existing template develop it for me per the brief. I don't know what code vs. uncoded means. Not exactly sure what wordpress integrated means.

If viewers wish to contribute they can make donations via paypal on the site. Once the template is competed it should be very easy for me to update and work with and handed over to a web hosting service. I own the domain name which I want to use. It would be best to use an existing template eg wordpress. So in simple terms need a wordpress template adapted for this blog idea.

I have simplified the brief. It is really a very simple template I am looking for. It has name of blog, and a space for entry and comments, followed by another place for entry and comments, etc. The design should have no pictures or design elements.

The name of the blog is not yet known, I have attached a layout to the brief. But what I want is very, very simple. Name of the blog, a quote, followed by blog entries (with the ability to upload a photo/video) comments and a section to access previous posts. That's it. No extra design work, no photos, no tabs, (only a paypal donate function) it should use UPPER EAST SIDE type face.
